Where: Meeting at the Redeemer Bible Church on 193rd E Ave

Roofing Signs  
Friendly reminder.....

NOT ALLOWED are advertisement signs for services or Businesses!
The HOA board is temporarily allowing the Roofing signs only before your roof is installed for the purpose of marking the delivery point for the shingles.
After the roof is installed, remove the signs, as they are not allowed beyond that time.
Note: The signs allowed are -> for sale, rent, or political signs only.

NOTICE: Fence Repairs

The Board is advising our management partner ( First Commercial Association ) to continue to monitor and report fence issues that conflict with the covenants.  However, due to the shortage of materials and manpower currently experienced with fencing repair services, the period to remedy a notified homeowner fence issue is lengthened until the next Homeowner Annual meeting, normally held in November-December.  This should allow time for the homeowner to repair or find a fence repair service.

Pets

in the neighborhood:

 According to HOA covenants, all pets should be kept on a leash, and not allowed to run free in the neighborhood.  This is also a Rogers County law as well. Please keep all pets in a fenced area or on a leash.

In addition, leaving the small animals in a backyard could be prey for hawks, owls, coyotes or other ground-dwelling animals

Attention
Homeowners: New Construction?

If you are planning to change, not repair(Replace the same) something about your property, like a roof, install a fence or build a detached garage in the near future, remember to send your plans to the board for approval. This step will make sure your structure or fence meets all the covenant and H.O.A  guidelines...

Also, be a good neighbor, out of courtesy, please check with your neighbors for acceptance as well. See Covenants here

Be Safe! Call 811 before you dig!  Even for planting a tree or a hole for a fence post. 
It's FREE!

Remember to stop at all stop signs throughout the neighborhood...  

The County put them in the neighborhood for our safety.

Election Time:

During the Voting, we encourage everyone to participate in the Election Process and cast their vote.

Friendly reminder.....A political sign of not more than 5 square feet or about 24" x 24" in size is allowed in Oakridge during election season only on homeowner property. Signs are not allowed in common areas. (This is one sign per yard and in the place of a for sale or rent sign. Many thanks for adhering to this CCR.)

OakRidge Spring and Fall
Garage Sale:

The Fall and spring garage sale are set for two days on a Friday & Saturday around the end of April and again in September.  The Board will advertise this event in the local newspaper, and a banner will be placed at the front entrance.
